At Dallas US Animal Control we specialize in removing Animals and wildlife from your attics and properties. We locate your animals entrance, get the offending critter out, then we seal the entrance. When we remove an animal from you house we GUARANTEE the animal will not be able to return to your house. 90% of our work id done through exclusion, this means closing of areas animals can enter.
Animal Exclusion is the best HUMANE way to get rid of animals Permanently. Many Of Dallas's Creatures Are Raccoons Squirrels And Rats. We are frequently excluding raccoons from chimneys and attics, and rats from ceilings. We never use poison or killing style traps.

Dallas Animal Control Trapping & Dallas Critter Removal
Dallas Snake Removal & Dallas Snake Trappping
If we have to set traps we only set live traps like the one pictured to the right. This trap allows the animal to enter in search of food , get caught , and be removed from the property without being harmed. This trap is safe to set because it cannot hurt the animal and also it cannot hurt any little kid fooling around with it. We take great pride in placement, this keeps the trap hidden from public eye, and keeps a trapped animal safe and not stressed. Groundhogs and wood chucks are living under the porch, trapping and concrete exclusions can solve your problems.

Dallas Attic Noise
Squirrels prefer to live where there is an abundance of food.
Usually, this is an area with nut- and seed-producing plants. Squirrels
also like areas that produce many plants, because the new plant shoots
are edible and this is like candy for them. Squirrels have to live in
places that have trees, even in a city this is where they spend most of
there time. This is because squirrels build nests in the trees they also
build there nests in home owner attics, specifically for bearing young
when they have there young they try to find the best and safest place
for the kittens. It keeps the baby squirrels safe from harm when they
are very young and left alone while the adult squirrels are searching
for food. Red Squirrels live in forests usually. The gray squirrel is
the most common squirrel in America and is often found near cities and
people these are the one's that are most commonly found in attics. In
the winter when the time of nesting is over squirrels live in tree trunk
holes to stay warm, or they find their way into local home's attics.
Home owners attics are the best place for a sqirrel to call home it is
warm a cozy.

This is the season for squirrels breaking into homes. When you call a wildlife operator try to remember that who you call can make all of the difference in the world, it could go smoothly or very badly. If you trap or exclude out a mother squirrel around the beginning of September then be prepared to have th babies die within your walls. Sometimes you may have no choice but if the nest is deep in the attic and close to any walls or ceiling and you remove the mother, the babies will more than likely die and you have the possibility of having them stink to the point of you wanting to move out of your own home. Waiting until the middle of September or the third week in September can make all the difference in the world. If your wildlife operator tells you it wont matter you may want to have a guarantee written up that says they will take care of any smells that may arise from removing mother squirrels during the baby nursing and weening period.
Woodchucks are a very common pest in the wildlife removal industry. A woodchuck can dig 5 feet of tunnel a day. They are most active above ground during the early morning and afternoon and late afternoon, early evening during hot days. they are not very tolerant of the hot temperatures. I have seen some very old woodchuck dens large enough to park a large car inside. they will usually have more than one entrance to their tunnel system. I have popped green smoke into a tunnel entrance once and blew it in with a fan and found the other tunnel over a quarter of a mile away. The tunnel went under city streets and sewer systems. Woodchucks are true hibernators they go underground and den up together, sometimes many woodchucks den together for added warmth. they eat as much as they can during the warm months so they have enough fat to make it through the winter. Spring flooding can lead to many fatalities by drowning.
Woodchucks are the double whopper with cheese of the animal kingdom, if there is a predator around then he is looking for that woodchuck for his next meal. woodchucks have one litter a year with anywhere from 2 - 8 in a litter. I have only seen 8 in a litter a few times, the average is 4. Woodchucks are a more solitary creature and dont hang out in groups. If you have a woodchuck problem then give us a call, we can trap them out and discuss other alternative options if they exist.

Dear TIm,
I very much enjoyed speaking with you on the phone about the animal problem in my ceiling. You not only explained how your company works, but the fact that you close up any potential entry areas and guarantee your work made me feel I had chosen the right company.
Your technician, Russell, politely called ahead to let me know when he would arrive within the time window we had predetermined. Upon arrival, Russell surveyed my raccoon and squirrel problem, then explained to me how he was going to handle it. He was very thorough and maintained phone contact with me to keep apprise of the situation. Additionally, he made several trips back to check the progress and then finish the job.
He also pointed out that my kitchen exhaust had no cover on it, and he took care of that issue as well. Which was very helpful, because I would have felt awful if I had accidentally smoked a nest of baby birds.
Thank you for your service. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone I know who has a wild animal control animal issue. Thank again.
